Do you pressure wash roofs?
No. We soft wash roofs with low pressure. High pressure strips shingle granules and can damage the roof.
What are the black streaks on my roof?
An algae called Gloeocapsa magma that feeds on asphalt shingles. It spreads if it isn't treated.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Our full roof cleanings come with a 2-year guarantee.
Will the cleaning hurt my plants?
Property protection is one of the most important parts of the job. We wet down and rinse plants and landscaping before, during and after we work.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. We'll need access to water and the areas we're cleaning. We'll go over it when we schedule.

Who owns Charlie's Roof Cleaning?
Charlie Giley founded the company in 2009. Today it's owned and operated by Erik Baumer of E.B. Property Services Inc., with more than 13 years in roof and exterior cleaning.

Suffolk County, Nassau's North Shore, the Hamptons and the North Fork.
How do Christmas lights work?
We design, supply, install, maintain, take down and store them. You don't buy any lights. Spots are first come, first served.
