Quotes, work and guarantee

A quote request is not a contract. Price, scope, schedule and guarantee terms are set in your written quote or agreement, which controls if it differs from anything on this site. Our 2-year guarantee applies to full roof cleanings, under the terms of your written agreement.

Christmas lights

Lights are supplied on a seasonal lease and remain our property. Install dates are first come, first served.

Photos and content

Photos on this site are of our own work and may not be copied without written permission.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for damages from using it. This doesn't limit anything in your written agreement with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
